Behaviour Bond

Upon check-in, a payment of £200 is required for apartments accommodating up to 7 guests, while apartments accommodating 8 guests or more will require a payment of £400. Security bonds are taken by card upon arrival at the property. Bonds are frozen in the account (no money leaves the account). Bonds are returned between 3-5 working days with standard banking, internet banks such as Monzo/Starling can take up to 30 days to return a bond.
