Behaviour Bond 

Upon arrival, a £500 security deposit for the townhouse is required, which must be paid by card. This deposit is taken as a pre-authorisation and will be returned to your card within 3-5 working days after your departure date. Guests are contacted by the property prior to arrival in order to obtain card payment for the bond. (PLEASE NOTE: Internet banks such as Monzo/Starling can take up to 30 days to process the bond back to your account). Please also note that all apartments will be inspected upon check-out.
